CarolAnn Durbon, REALTOR® Board member of local, state and national associations, passes

Seattle King County REALTORS® is saddened by the passing of dedicated REALTOR® volunteer CarolAnn Durbon. CarolAnn was a broker with Coldwell Banker Bain and an active member until her retirement in 2016. She served in many association leadership capacities, including state officer, committee chair, state and local director and for two years on the Board of the National Association of REALTORS®.

CarolAnn was never shy about sharing her talents or her opinions with colleagues, one of whom described her as “passionate about the REALTOR® association and its members.” She believed involvement with the association was the best way to advocate for consumers and improve standards within the industry.

CarolAnn had lived in Palm Springs for the past few years. She will be dearly missed by her many friends and fellow REALTORS® in the Northwest. A local celebration of CarolAnn’s life will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, August 17 at the home of Terry Miller, 1120 Spring Street #1604, Seattle. Please RSVP to Terry at [email protected].
