This is a brand new course and designation being offered for the first time in Seattle. Over 2 years in the making, Certified Investment Analyst© has been designed to deliver the core skills, latest topics, and after course follow up structure that no other designation course offers.
How the CIA Designation Works
The designation is made up of two courses—CIA-1 and CIA-2. Both are 2 days in length. Each course includes an exam. After completion of the course work, designees are required to submit evidence of one completed transaction using the skills from each course and one letter of reference from one client or industry professional not associated with their company.
4 Reasons You Should Get Your CIA Designation
Reason #1: You’ll know what most of your competitors don’t know.
Most real estate professionals lack have little training in the knowledge and skills required to give clients true “professional” advice with their investments. This can include single family, land, condo’s apartments or commercial properties. The CIA courses will give you the edge to get knowledge, skill and practice that your competition wont’ have.
Reason #2: Knowledge for your business and yourself
Unlike other designation courses, the skills in the CIA courses can work for both you and your clients. You’ll learn how to really know a good deal when you see one and that lets you seek out new opportunities for yourself as well as your clients.
Reason #3: A specifically designed training event
The CIA curriculum isn’t a seminar, it’s a high-impact in-room training event with a built in follow up mechanism. You’ll learn by listening, seeing and doing. Because of the nature of the content, each course will also include an after-course privilege to continue practice and return to refresh the skills.
Reason #4: Lifetime audit privileges
Alumni receive a lifetime audit privilege at no charge subject to seat availability and registrar fees.
