Dave Porter, president of PorterWorks, Inc., has been involved in the real estate and mortgage lending business for more than 30 years. He has been a marketing and finance expert, trainer and business coach for more than 20 years. He is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer and writer. He has presented and taught to thousands for scores of organizations including the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Most recently he was Senior Vice President for builder business covering 13 states for Countrywide Bank. He holds four designations from the NAHB: MIRM; CGP; CGA; and CAPS. He specializes in building, marketing and financing best practices and sustainability.
Jolyn Davis, is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for The Burnstead Companies.She was awarded the by the Master Builders of King and Snohomish Counties. Jolyn is actively involved in the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties and was awarded Marketing Director of the year award in 1991. She has chaired many of the Sales and Marketing Council committees including: MAME, Parade of Homes, and Education. She has taught several different sections of the CSP course offered by the Master Builder Association.
