This course explains the new provisions of the 22A Financing Addendum, including seller right to terminate, and Reg. Z provision. Also the new Form 22AR format, and the new 22AA, and 22AW.
Next comes the Form 35 Inspection Addendum changes with clarification of the Additional Inspection section, and the new irrevocable time frames. Then comes the clarifications on the 35R Response Form.
Finally, comes the revised and clarified Form 22B Contingency Addendum, along with Form 39, and the newly revised and VERY useful 90K and 90L forms. All this packed into 4 fast paced hours.
