SEATTLE KingCounty REALTORS® affiliate membership is a rewarding partnership in many ways.
As we associate and work with the REALTORS® we get to know their needs and wants. By doing so, we become more useful in helping to strengthen their businesses and at the same time, build our own. In being active with the SKCAR committees, working on the different projects, supporting them in any way we can, we build relationships, credibility, friends and business.
It is a real pleasure for me to represent the affiliate membership. I believe in SKCAR and the benefits the association brings to each and every REALTOR® . The representation for political issues affecting the real estate market, the strength of the research done every day to protect the REALTORS® ’ position, the quality of the clock hour classes and the scholarships that are given are only a few of the many benefits to the REALTOR® and REALTOR®-Affiliate members.

Your
Affiliate Membership

Business & Corporate Affiliate Members are individual firm locations which, while not engaged in the real estate profession, have interests requiring information concerning real estate and support the purpose of the Association.
Business Affiliate Members may attend and participate in Association and committee meetings, but do not have voting rights and cannot hold an elected office and may not use the REALTOR®.
