CNE 2: Advanced Buyer’s Agent and Mastering Email Negotiation Courses

Advanced Representation Techniques for Buyer’s Agents:

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Achieve better results and a higher level of protection for your Buyers
  • Attract more Buyers by offering greater value as a trusted advisor

  • “Think Double” to anticipate and prepare more effectively
  • Use a “Buyer Offer/Counter Offer Worksheet” for greater credibility and success in your negotiations
  • Develop an effective Offer price to improve the odds of success in your negotiations
  • Persuade your Buyer not to low ball the Seller
  • Learn how to set your client’s expectations to eliminate disappointments blamed on you
  • Handle highly competitive negotiators with ease
  • Work more effectively with Listing Agents

Mastering Email Negotiations in Real Estate:

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Discuss the “ACCE” negotiation methodology used to achieve better results in written negotiations
  • Understand and explain the various communication modes for negotiating
  • Explain and demonstrate the principles of effective written communications in real estate negotiations
  • Understand and utilize the four (4) basic written communication skills necessary for effective written negotiations
  • Explain the advantages and disadvantages of written negotiation approaches utilized in different types of real estate transactions, including short sales and REO’s
  • Utilize written negotiation techniques taught to attorneys

Students who take the course will receive the following:

  • One-day of professional negotiation and business building training.
  • CE Credit Hours (most states)
  • 120 page Student Manual
  • Credit towards the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®) Designation
  • Greater confidence in ALL your negotiations

This class is part of the new premier negotiation program in real estate, the “Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®)” designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Additional information on the MCNE® designation program can be found at www.thereni.com.

 

To earn the MCNE® designation you must complete the following 3 courses:

  • CNE 1: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation course with Foundational and Advanced Negotiation and Persuasion Strategies
  • CNE 2: Advanced Negotiation Techniques for Buyer’s Agents, and Expert Written Negotiation Guidance
  • CNE 3: Advanced Negotiation Techniques for Seller’s Agents, Cultural Factors in Real Estate Negotiations, and Negotiating Across Generations in Real Estate

After successfully completing the MCNE® program, you can advertise to clients that you are truly among the best trained negotiators in real estate!
