2012 Survey Overview

For the third straight year, REALTORS^® taking the annual SKCR survey indicated Job Growth and the Economy are the top issues that will affect the real estate business in the coming year. Inadequate housing inventory, tighter lending standards for borrowers and the mortgage interest deduction also ranked as priority issues.
