Seattle King County REALTORS® introduces new brand, launches new website
On September 8, Seattle King County REALTORS® launched our new website for members and unveiled an updated brand that embodies the enduring service that REALTORS® provide to consumers.
“The Board is committed to improving our communication with our members and the public,” said Tyler McKenzie, 2015 President. “The new brand and new website are just the start of a campaign to reinforce how important REALTORS® are to the real estate transaction and how our members advocate for homeowners and those families who wish to be homeowners.”
Over the past year, we have worked to make all of our resources easily available to members. The new website has a user-friendly calendar incorporating all of our events and classes which allow for enhanced access to all of our education options. The site also features a prominent display of the exclusive marketing tools available to REALTORS® through their membership. The improved News Center will feature the latest industry information, whether local, state or national.
Our new website focuses on three key audiences that make up the REALTOR® membership: New members, who want access to tools to help build their business; Established members, who want to take advantage of new and existing resources that will make their business easier and more efficient; and owners and managers, who want tools that will help their brokers be productive and news related to issues that affect their company’s bottom line.
The News Center will serve as a portal for all real estate news, including legislative and legal news that impacts the real estate transaction. Articles and advocacy alerts will be easily filtered by category and a tagging system, so a broker can find the latest real estate news in Kent, Bothell, or Des Moines. All of our quarterly advocacy reports will also be shared and archived in the News Center.
“We are spotlighting the Association’s services to members and consumers,” said Sam DeBord, our 2016 President-Elect who has been at the helm of the rebrand effort over the past year. “The new website and brand messaging are tightly focused on the tools and resources that help REALTORS® sell more homes, and help consumers enjoy the benefits of homeownership.”
