REALTOR® Presidents recall new and recurring challenges

Fifteen presidents of the Seattle King County REALTORS® met for lunch recently to share insights about their leadership experiences. The terms of service for these Presidents spanned five decades, yet many of them faced similar challenges over those years regarding housing issues.  “The growth obstacles we faced in the late 1980’s are virtually the same issues we face today,” said 1990 President Russ Segner.

Tyler McKenzie, 2015 President of the Association thanked each president for his or her service and noted how valuable it has been for him to learn from past leaders.  “The enduring quality of this organization is built upon the accomplishments of each past president and the volunteers they recruited.  Thank you for that legacy.”
