The 2016 Board Leadership Summit was held at the Association’s office on October 14th, 2015. The Summit was a huge success, incorporating team-building exercises lead by incoming President, Patti Hill, an exciting guest speaker, and a panel discussion about the MLS, data, and owners moderated by 2016 President-Elect, Sam DeBord.

The highlight of the Summit was guest speaker, Teresa Predmore, co-owner of the Seattle Reign Football Club. Predmore led a segment titled “How to Build a Winning Organization.”

During breaks throughout the Summit, members participated in a quick video project where they were asked one simple question, “why are you a REALTOR^®?” The video above is the result, and as you can see, our members are passionate about their community, clients, and profession.
