Tech tools to maximize your listings and sales

Attendees at today’s Affiliate Forum “Technologies for Today’s REALTOR®” got to preview technology that amps up listings and aids in the sales process.

Diane Dieterich of See3D demonstrated how she uses the latest digital design tools to create virtual remodels on a home so buyers can preview the potential of a property. Two REALTORS® attending the event each shared about the benefits of using Dieterich’s services and how her ability to envision and render visuals of a challenging space allowed the buyers to see beyond an unfinished basement or dated living space.

Kristen Jossart and Amaryllis Lockhart of 291 Collective gave a presentation on professional photography, virtual staging, marketDrone and MatterPort for real estate listings. “Buyers usually know within 10 seconds if they are interested in a property,” said Jossart. “Professional photos can make all the difference with a potential buyer when compared to photos snapped on a phone or a basic point and shoot camera.”

Roxanne Faryar, NWMLS Training Supervisor, covered the all-new ShowingTime service, updates to the NWMLS app, and how Transaction Desk can save you time. “ShowingTime is integrated into the NWMLS app,” said Roxanne. “If you’ve had it but don’t use it, reconsider. There have been a lot of updates and new tools added which make it a lot more efficient than before.”

Elizabeth Peterson of Chicago Title and a Committee Chair of the Affiliate Council let REALTORS know that Affiliates are here to provide helpful and beneficial education for members. Patti Hill, Seattle King County REALTORS® President testified about the value of developing relationships with Affiliates. “I recently had a seller who was having trouble finding a builder… Keith Pitsch of the Affiliate Council linked me up with two potential builders within a day. I don’t know what I would have done without that connection. He knew exactly the right people to go to and now we’re in development!”
