Good schools are the nexus for home values
Community businessman and developer Eric Campbell, a member of the Lake Washington School District (LWSD) bond measure committee, recently addressed the Seattle King County REALTORS® Board of Directors. He focused his presentation on the crucial role that vibrant schools play in home values in our region. “REALTORS® know that good schools are the first thing that a family looks for in a home. Good school districts sustain home values in our neighborhoods.” Campbell thanked the board for their support of the LWSD ballot measure and asked the board to spread the word in their communities to vote YES by April 26, 2016.
Our region has seen rapid growth and schools in our area are now beyond capacity. To sustain our desirability as a community, we need to ensure that schools’ capacities can meet our needs in the coming years.
