Affiliate forum explores importance of Social Media in Real Estate
Today’s free seminar put on by the Seattle King County REALTOR® Affiliate Council had REALTOR® attendees learning the value in using social media and how to avoid common mistakes. Matt Cail of Super Charge Marketing walked attendees through the important reasons behind maintaining an active social media presence and provided guidelines to maximize their marketing efforts. “(I) picked up good pointers on most of the major social media sites,” said one attendee. Matt referred to a 2015 Google study that reported – Of prospective homebuyers, 2 in 3 research agents “extensively” online before working with them. He encouraged attendees to build their online profiles so they can “stand out from the crowd of businesses NOT utilizing Social Media (or using it poorly)”.
The next forum is on Tuesday, May 24th from 9:30 am – 11:00 am. The speaker is Mary Lee with Windermere Bellevue Commons who will be discussing “Top Strategies for Listing Agents in Today’s Hot Market.”
