Two elected to National Board by Seattle King County REALTORS®
The Seattle King County REALTORS® has elected Georgia Wall and Rich Bergdahl to the Board of the National Association of REALTORS®. As NAR Directors, Wall and Bergdahl will represent King County at two national meetings each year and cast votes on the NAR Board of Directors. They will each serve terms in 2017 and 2018.
As a large local association, Seattle King County REALTORS® elects three representatives to the NAR Board of Directors. Tyler McKenzie is King County’s third NAR Director. He was elected last year to serve a term in 2016 and 2017.
Georgia Wall is a broker with John L. Scott, Bothell. She currently serves on the national steering committee of the Young Professionals Network of NAR and will serve as the Vice President-elect of Governmental Affairs for Seattle King County REALTORS® in 2017. This is her first term as an NAR Director.
Rich Bergdahl is a broker with RE/MAX Northwest. He was re-elected to his third term as an NAR Director. In 2017, he has been asked by NAR President-elect Elizabeth Mendenhall to serve on the Amicus Brief Advisory Board which reviews legal cases that are significant to the practice of real estate. Bergdahl, who is an attorney, chairs the Legal Affairs Committee of Washington REALTORS®.
