National Leaders Spotlight: Trish Englund

Trish Englund, a broker with Windermere Seattle-Lakeview, has been appointed to the 2018 Young Professionals Network (YPN) Advisory Board and the Public Policy Coordinating Committee of the National Association of REALTORS®.

The YPN Advisory Board helps young professionals engage in association activities, advocacy, peer mentoring, and their communities. The Public Policy Coordinating Committee coordinates and refines policy developed by REALTORS® on legislative and regulatory issues at the national level.

“I’m proud to be a next generation leader giving my time and expertise to the REALTOR® Association. My involvement has been a priority from the moment I got my broker’s license years ago,” said Englund. “Serving on national committees is an opportunity to learn more about our ever-changing industry.”

Englund is also the Vice President of Business Practices for Seattle King County REALTORS® and a devoted and active member of the SKCR Young Professionals Network. She served as YPN Chair in 2015 and continues to serve on its Executive Committee, which focuses on training and networking for younger licensees and charitable causes. She was 2017 Chairperson of the Washington REALTORS® YPN.

Englund’s commitment and passion earned her the REALTOR® Achievement and One to Watch awards from the Seattle King County REALTORS®.

“I feel great pride in our organization and serving on all levels. I’ve been able to network with thousands of REALTORS® from all over the United States. It’s been fruitful to support one another through client referrals, creative help and mentorship. It doesn’t get any better than serving my clients with their home purchase or sale and knowing I have an army of professionals beside me,” Englund said.
