30 Under 30 leaders from western Washington connect in Denver

Each spring, REALTOR® Magazine chooses a new 30 Under 30 class of outstanding REALTORS® that have demonstrated skill, creativity, and leadership in their careers.

Hard-working young professionals named this year and those from past classes took a quick break from the real estate grind to meet in Denver and celebrate their accomplishments. This annual 30 Under 30 event is planned by past 30 Under 30 honorees, and focuses on networking, idea sharing, and learning.

The conference featured a full day of topics. Sessions included a working mom real estate panel, lead generation, utilizing social media in your business, creating personal and team branding, financial planning, and building a clientele. Seattle King County REALTORS® Director and 30 Under 30 Class of 2012 honoree Rachel Adler was interviewed for the session “Mastering Mentoring,” which gave the packed room practical advice on how to lead and mentor a team.

Six of the meetup’s attendees are from the Puget Sound region, including three members of Seattle King County REALTORS®. The REALTOR® association devotes time and resources to help develop talented real estate leaders through its Young Professionals Network (YPN). Jenn Mueller, Seattle King County REALTORS®, 30 Under 30 Class of 2014

Jenn Mueller is with Avenue Properties in Seattle and is a director for Seattle King County REALTORS®. She also served as 2017 YPN Director and was the 2015 recipient of the Young Professional Achievement Award.

Rachel Adler, Seattle King County REALTORS®, 30 Under 30 Class of 2012

Rachel Adler is a broker with Windermere Bellevue and a director for Seattle King County REALTORS®. She received the Seattle King County REALTORS® 2014 One to Watch Award.

Bret Butler, Seattle King County REALTORS®, 30 Under 30 Class of 2011

Bret Butler is a broker with Windermere Bellevue and was recently featured as a Real Estate Market Leader for Seattle in Forbes Magazine.

Jennica Holmquist, Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS®, 30 Under 30 Class of 2018

Jennica Holmquist is the most recent addition to the 30 Under 30 ranks from the Puget Sound region. Congratulations Jennica!

Dominic Pettruzzelli, North Puget Sound Association of REALTORS®, 30 Under 30 Class of 2017

Dominic Pettruzzelli was 2016 President of the North Puget Sound Association of REALTORS® and was named to 30 Under 30 last year.

Rio Ingram, Snohomish County-Camano Association of REALTORS®, 30 Under 30 Class of 2016

Rio Ingram is a relative newcomer to the area whose rapidly rising real estate career got him noticed for 2016’s 30 Under 30.

“The 30 Under 30 honorees are a very special group of individuals from across the country that are innovative and creative, and who strive to provide the highest level of professionalism,” said Seattle King County REALTORS® Director and 30 Under 30 Class of 2014 honoree Jenn Mueller. “It is a true honor to be a part of such an elite group of young professionals that I can learn from and build lifelong relationships with. I look up to every one of the 30 Under 30s because we all have a unique perspective and style on how to do business in which has created success. The reunion was an excellent opportunity to learn new ideas to implement into business.”
