REALTORS® sharpen skills at WR Leadership Institute

Three members of Seattle King County REALTORS® recently participated in the Washington REALTORS® Leadership Institute. REALTORS® Jason Gibbons and current Board members Dahni Malgarini Logar and Trish Englund devoted nine days over the course of three sessions to advancing their leadership skills.

“After hearing and seeing what my WR and SKCR colleagues got out of the program last year, I knew I had to submit my name for this year’s program,” said Jason Gibbons, REALTOR® with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty.

The Institute identifies emerging REALTOR® leaders and works with them to enhance their leadership competencies so that they can put their knowledge back into the Association and the real estate industry. The program combines individual study, group sessions, team and network building, and communications workshops with a culminating hands-on project with fellow REALTORS® to put new skills to work.

“The program that WR staff designed was phenomenal. There were many takeaways that I immediately put into practice within my business and within my own personal endeavors. The relationships that were further forged and the content of what we all learned will be an experience that I will forever hold dear to me,” said Gibbons.
