Snohomish assault reminds all of REALTOR® safety
Earlier this month, a Snohomish real estate agent was assaulted by a group of men pretending to be interested in the property during an open house. The incident is an unfriendly reminder that all agents should be prepared to handle dangerous situations.
Seattle King County REALTORS® is offering two Real Estate Self Defense classes this summer, taught by mortgage broker and Krav Maga instructor Amit Baruch. “Real Estate Self Defense is an engaging course taught by an instructor who is very knowledgeable about safety for real estate professionals,” said SKCR Director of Business Practices and Education Claudia Crowell. “Students get helpful and practical tools and information they can use to stay safe.”
Upcoming Real Estate Self Defense classes
Both classes take place from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the SKCR office in Bellevue.
