This month marks Claudia Crowell’s 30^th anniversary at Seattle King County REALTORS®! As the Director of Business Practices and Education, Claudia has built an ever-evolving professional development program that provides our members with top-notch continuing education opportunities. Claudia’s hard work and positive attitude has made her a friend to many members and instructors throughout the years.

“Claudia is one of those valuable employees who worked her way up through the organization. At each step she excelled and gained knowledge,” said CEO Russ Hokanson. “That experience and understanding is very important in a membership organization. She knows what makes us tick.”

Claudia began her career with the REALTORS® in 1989, handling the front desk when the office was on Eastlake Avenue in Seattle. She now manages an education department serving over 7,200 members with 100 separate classes each year. She also oversees a robust business practices department, directing numerous committees and councils that contribute to a market in which members’ business can thrive.

A past Board officer once said of Claudia, “I have never been associated with an individual as committed, skilled and enthusiastic about her position, nor as ambitious to make her department excellent.”
