Luxury Live training helps REALTORS® develop effective luxury home marketing skills

As the Puget Sound region continues to boom with jobs and major development, luxury homes* are becoming more commonplace. Our region is becoming a great place for investment in luxury homes and affluent home buyers have become an increasing share of the Northwest consumer market.

Luxury Live, a marketing seminar offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing drew a sold-out crowd of 60 REALTORS® on September 23-24. This intensive luxury home sales and marketing training allows REALTORS® to earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation.

The training emphasizes:

  • Branding yourself for the luxury market
  • Winning and understanding the needs of clients
  • Identifying, prospecting, and marketing to affluent and high net worth buyers and sellers
  • Growing business through communication and networking
  • Negotiating effectively
  • Marketing consultations and luxury transactions

Tracey Forde, a REALTOR® for more than 23 years, remarked on the many “wow factors” in the training.
