Join hundreds of members from across the state for REALTOR® Hill Day. Our 2020 Legislative Hill Day is Thursday, January 23 from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the Hotel RL in Olympia.
Last year saw more than 500 REALTORS® – more than 70 were Seattle King County REALTORS® and affiliates – push to make affordable housing opportunities the #1 issue in the legislature.
This year is another opportunity to talk with elected representatives and discuss REALTOR® legislative priorities. There will be featured guest speakers, local caucus meetings, a legislative reception, among other features as a part of a packed agenda.
“Hill Day is a great way to see how REALTOR® Association leaders work on our behalf,” said Dahni Malgarini-Logar, V.P. Governmental & Public Affairs. “Key issues for our membership include creating more “Missing Middle” housing, protecting independent contractor status, and making further improvements to the condo reform bill passed last year.”
David Crowell, Director of Governmental & Public Affairs, emphasized that this is a day for “all-things real estate” and every member will be given the opportunity to accompany leaders to meetings with legislators.
