Governor updates Stay-at-Home order affecting real estate brokers
Photographers, Staging, New listings allowed as of April 1
Governor Inslee has modified his original Stay-at-Home order as it relates to real estate.
The order now allows a broker and one other person to preview a property as long as social distancing rules are observed. There are certain other restrictions.
