Seattle King County REALTORS® identifies member business challenges in 2022
In our 2021 member survey conducted in mid-July, we asked our members what business challenges that anticipated heading into 2022.
Lack of Inventory ranked as most important (71.84%)
Multiple offers, cash offers, competition ranked second (44.04%)
Dealing with impacts on my business due to COVID-19 ranked third (24.91%)
Seattle King County REALTORS® is dedicated to helping members meet these business challenges successfully. To tackle lack of housing inventory, we have joined the Coalition for More Housing Choices, a partnership of major employers and industries seeking common sense solutions. We continue to work with the Master Builders Association to reform land use policy and align zoned capacity with demand. To help members deal with the impacts of COVID-19, we worked with Governor Jay Inslee to assure that REALTORS® were kept essential.
Seattle King County REALTORS®, through our dedicated volunteers, will continue to help REALTORS® meet business challenges. Members can view our Governmental and Public Affairs page for information on our recent legislative successes, fair housing resources, Governmental Affairs publications, the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), and more.
