REALTORS® call for Housing Priority in Olympia

It is now the beginning of Washington State’s 2023 Legislative Session. A long session, Legislators have 105 days to pass bills on issues including housing. Washington REALTORS® has issued a Call for Action to all members asking Legislators to make housing their number one priority. The housing crisis is dire, we need fixes NOW! Washington REALTORS® will be sending out their Call to Action on Monday, January 16th. Please submit your Call for Action and tell your elected representatives to put housing first!

Washington REALTORS® will meet for Legislative Days on January 18-19. This year’s REALTOR® priorities include improving consumer protections in Real Estate Agency Law, allowing Missing Middling Housing in cities, and streamlining regulations that increase housing costs.
