What is REAL Negotiation?
Your ability to negotiate will do more to determine the outcomes in your life than almost anything else. And yet few people have ever been trained in how negotiation really works.
REAL Negotiation isn’t a lecture, it’s a set of skills. It was developed by a team of two attorneys, a therapist and a professional course developer. REAL Negotiation covers the vital tactics and strategies that every professional negotiator has, and then it goes further into the human and emotional element of negotiation. You’ll learn about how emotion works in communication, the difference between what people say and what they mean, and how to work with personalities. REAL Negotiation teaches all of this in a ‘workshop’ setting so you can actually practice the skills as well.

IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: Live online course will be presented via ZOOM Meeting. The link to join the meeting will be sent in the confirmation email. Students will need a device with two-way video and audio capabilities and a (free) Zoom account. To verify attendance, students must keep their camera on for the duration of the course and respond to live polls. Clock hour credit will only be given to students with their camera on, who are present and visible on their camera during the course, and who participate in course polls/chat. Instructor – Joseph Still, CREA, CCIM
Joe is a Master Course Developer, national speaker, author, and real estate developer. He has written over 25 national training events and developed six national certification programs. He is the recipient of two Instructor of the Year awards. Joe also writes The Sunday Blog which goes out every week to thousands of his alumni all over the Americas and Europe.
