The Listing Management portion of this course provides you with a valuable checklist covering the 33 most important steps to get your new listing up and running quickly and how to continue to service your listing until it becomes pending.
The Transaction Management portion of this course teaches you a step-by-step process to create a time line to track the contract deadlines and contingencies you will find on a Purchase and Sale Agreement. Learn how to organize your closing file and follow up with lenders, appraisers, inspectors and escrow in a timely manner to achieve a successful closing.
