What Brokers Need to Know About Waterfront Property – In Person Training

Not all waterfront property is the same. Some waterfront land is privately owned; some is publicly owned and must be leased. Boundary issues on waterfront property can cause expensive lawsuits and create significant liability for brokers who are not up on current practices. Mike Spence, SKCR Legal Counsel, will explain the laws and regulations governing waterfront property. The class is valuable both for seasoned waterfront practitioners and for those looking to become more active in buying or selling waterfront property.
