What does your company do and how does it benefit REALTORS®?

We are a full service mortgage lender specializing in residential purchases and refinances for 1 to 4 units. As the home loan experts, we have total control over the loan process. We are focused on high touch communication and excellent customer service. With less middle management, we keep our rates and fees low and offer extremely competitive program options. All applications are fully underwritten at submission, including jumbo giving your buyers a competitive edge when making an offer. We love the purchase market and quick closes!

Why do you do what you do? Why should a REALTOR® hire you?

I am a second generation mortgage originator and I love this business so much that my daughter has now joined me as the third generation! I am passionate about what we do and always strive to deliver excellent customer service coupled with unparalleled technical expertise. We view ourselves as an extension of your team and want to be the best we can be for you and your clients! We know how hard you work and staff our office 7 days a week so we can be there to support you and your clients when you need it!

Any interesting facts about you?

I love water and when I have free time you will find me anywhere near it — whether frozen or liquid. We are avid boaters, love to surf, swim and ski (well some of us snowboard :-)) and cannot get enough of a beautiful sunrise or sunset. I also love the number 22 — a number of precision and balance that in its fullest form it has the power to turn dreams into reality and has the power to achieve impossible things. My husband and I were married on 2.2 and our boat is named Ventidue — 22 in Italian.
