What does your company do and how does it benefit REALTORS®?

Vacasa provides vacation home management to homeowners that don’t want to self-manage their Airbnb.

Why do you do what you do? Why should a REALTOR® hire you?

There are a couple of benefits of working with me or Vacasa for REALTORS®:
– If you have a buyer that wants to buy a second home and use it as a vacation rental, I can provide you with internal revenue reports from surrounding Vacasa homes and put together a gross rental projection to give you an estimate of how much income the home can generate
– I am up to date on city regulations regarding short term rental permitting and can be a resource for that to save you time
– If you have a listing that would also make a great vacation rental, I can put together a gross rental projection PDF that you can use to help sell the home
– If you have a client interested in using our services or just would like to learn more about vacation home management, all you have to do is connect them with me and I will take it from there. If they decide to sign up with Vacasa, you can earn a referral bonus of up to $2,000 per home
– We also have a ton of free resources for realtors to position you as the expert in vacation rental management. We even have a free network just for realtors where you get monthly market updates and once a year we release a vacation rental buyer report with great market insights, specifically for realtors. What is an interesting fact about you?

I was born on an island in Northern Germany where I grew up with a family of self-managers in the hospitality business, so it is somewhat personal to me to be able to offer a full-service management solution like Vacasa has and give homeowners their precious time back.
