First, I’d like to thank our membership for their support and confidence in electing me to the position of President-Elect for 2024. Our industry is going through challenging times right now, but I also see it as a time to be optimistic. I’m optimistic because I’ve witnessed firsthand the great work our volunteer leaders and staff at Seattle King County REALTORS® are doing on behalf of our communities, clients, and members. Making sure that our association can keep doing that great work and build upon it is my top priority in 2025. Thank you for your support.

Our industry and association are on the precipice of significant change. As your VP-Elect of Governmental & Public Affairs my goal will be to continue the unmatched advocacy REALTORS® bring to protecting and advancing the rights of property owners. Parallel to this, we will face the housing shortage head on by advocating for more construction in all communities in King and Kittitas Counties. Over the last two years I’ve had the opportunity to serve this board and Washington REALTORS® as a director as well as serving on the Legislative Steering Committee for WR. Advocacy through volunteer leadership is a privilege I take very seriously and look forward to being a strong and vocal voice for all REALTORS®.

Thanks for making a difference! Your vote helps with the direction of Seattle King County REALTORS® and the impact we can have for our broker community and the public. I was appointed for this position right before the news of the proposed NAR settlement. It has been a privilege to step in at such a time as this. We as a committee reached out to broker/owners and had great attendance for the inaugural Broker/Owner Leadership Discussion. We have implemented systems of providing and communicating value, and I would be honored to continue to amplify this effort through 2025.

As an independent broker/owner for 18 years, I encountered just about everything you could imagine. I always had a posture of abundance and shared with and learned from, brokers from all over the country. I would be honored if my peers in the industry would consider me for this At-Large position. It would allow me to give back to the industry that has provided me so much. It also, is the next logical step, following my year on a National Committee in 2023. I would love to build on that experience here, more locally.

If there is one thing my 2+ decades in real estate has taught me: our business is forever evolving but our ability to THRIVE is directly tied to how we step up to shape our future. I’d be honored to serve Seattle King County REALTORS® in making an impact on that future. In addition, I am committed to investing in RPAC. Experienced in nearly every real estate segment, from condos to commercial, from leading teams to wrangling builders, I keenly remember the shift we felt/adapted to during 2007 and on. These perspectives will help me to serve all REALTORS® as we navigate coming industry changes together.
