Official Election Notice
Elections for the 2025 Board of Directors will be conducted May 31–June 28, 2024
Access to the online ballot will be posted on our website and emailed to all members in good standing (paid 2024 dues) on May 31, 2024. Members will receive a weekly reminder email in June with a link to vote electronically. All votes must be received by 12:00 PM on June 28, 2024. Election results will be posted on our website early in July.

First, I’d like to thank our membership for their support and confidence in electing me to the position of President-Elect for 2024. Our industry is going through challenging times right now, but I also see it as a time to be optimistic. I’m optimistic because I’ve witnessed firsthand the great work our volunteer leaders and staff at Seattle King County REALTORS® are doing on behalf of our communities, clients, and members. Making sure that our association can keep doing that great work and build upon it is my top priority in 2025. Thank you for your support.

I have served our industry at both the local and state levels since 2019. I am currently the VP of Business Practices for Seattle King County REALTORS®, and would love the opportunity to continue to serve in 2025 as your President-Elect. I intend to work closely with our subcommittees and provide value for our members. I’m experienced in serving on various committees, in director positions, and as an RPAC Major Investor. Past awards include “5 to Follow” and “REALTOR® Achievement.” I learned from my past experience as the Chair of the Young Professionals Network that it takes time and consistency to see results and growth.

I currently serve on the Legislative Steering Committee for Washington REALTORS® and as the VP-Elect of Governmental Affairs for Seattle King County REALTORS®. I have also served on SKCR’s Residential Zoning Task Force and Seattle Elections Task Force, and I am currently serving on the Affordable Housing Task Force. I believe that every Washingtonian should be able to live in a safe, affordable home, and I’m very excited about the potential opportunities for more affordable homeownership that can be unlocked through Seattle’s comprehensive plan update that is currently in process.

As your VP-Elect of Governmental & Public Affairs my goal will be to continue the unmatched advocacy REALTORS® bring to protecting and advancing the rights of property owners. Parallel to this, we will face the housing shortage head on by advocating for more construction in all communities in King and Kittitas Counties. Over the last two years I’ve had the opportunity to serve this board and Washington REALTORS® as a director as well as serving on the Legislative Steering Committee for WR. Advocacy through volunteer leadership is a privilege I take very seriously and look forward to being a strong and vocal voice for all REALTORS®.

I serve as Designated Broker for two firms and education is always on my calendar. I also sit on the disciplinary board of the NWMLS.
