Young Professionals Network (YPN) is the premier young professionals group in the Puget Sound area, providing professional development and networking opportunities for emerging business leaders. Our network operates under the Seattle King County REALTORS® Association (SKCR) and as REALTORS®, we understand the importance of connecting people and community. YPN hosts regular networking events throughout the year; Association members, affiliates, and other real estate professionals are invited and encouraged to attend.

Monthly Brunches at the WAC
A great way to get to know other young real estate professionals is at brunch with YPN. Usually on the third Wednesday of the month, participants gather at the Washington Athletic Club to hear from a guest speaker on topics ranging from social media to empathy to leadership to economics. Our goal is to bring value to young professionals while creating a space for additional networking.
Tickets range from $35-$65, which includes food and drink.
Happy Hours
More informal than monthly brunches, Happy Hours are meant to give more time for conversation and connection. They are periodically held at a bar or maybe a beach.

Get the latest real estate market updates and forecast from Matthew Gardner, at this annual breakfast networking event in November. As the former Chief Economist for Windermere Real Estate, Matthew Gardner was responsible for analyzing and interpreting economic data and its impact on national and regional real estate markets.
