What You Need to Know about 2025 Dues Billing

On October 1, we will send invoice emails with direct links to pay dues. You can also pay dues by logging in to your Member Portal. Payment plans are available by calling the Association Office or mailing in the form on the invoice.

**You will be able to print your billing invoice from the email you receive if you would like to send a check.

Membership Structure and Rules

Called the "Three-Way Agreement," membership at Seattle King County REALTORS® includes membership in Washington REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

When a Designated Broker/Owner becomes a member of the three-tiered Association, they agree that all of the agents in their firms will be members as well. The DB is assessed a fee for every agent in their office who does not become a member.

Individual agents cannot be members if they don't associate their licenses with a REALTOR® office.

How to Pay Online

Pay Dues from the Invoice Email

Dues invoices are sent by email in October.

This email will include a direct link to pay your membership dues immediately. No log in or other verification necessary. Invoice emails will be resent to unpaid members as necessary.

**The email will also include a PDF attachment of your dues invoice, which you can print and mail with a check to:

Pay Dues in the Member Portal

If you lose or delete your invoice email, you always have the option to pay online through the Member Portal.

  1. Log in to your Member Portal. (If you need to create an account, click the "Create One" button on the login page.)
  2. At the top of the page, your current balance will be displayed. Click the "Make a Payment" button.
  3. Your current invoice will be listed. Click the "Make a Payment" button on the right to enter your credit card information.
  4. To download print the invoice, click on the dropdown menu on the right column.

3-Month Payment Plan for 2025 Dues

Renewing members have the option to pay membership dues using a 3-month payment plan, based on the three-tiered membership in the national, state, and local associations. Each dues payment corresponds to one tier of membership.

Two ways to sign up for the payment plan:
  1. Download your PDF invoice (from the invoice email or the Member Portal), fill out the form on the bottom with your credit card information, and mail or fax it to the SKCR office.
  2. Call the SKCR office (425-974-1011) to sign up for the 2025 Payment Plan.
Terms of the 3-month payment plan:
  1. You must sign up for the payment plan by December 31, 2024, or pay your dues in full.
  2. First payment is due when you sign up for the payment plan. Your credit card information will be saved in our system.
  3. The second and third payments will be automatically charged to your credit card one month and two months after your sign-up date respectively.
  4. Partial payments will not be accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions: REALTOR® Membership Dues

Seattle King County REALTORS® operates on a calendar year. Membership dues are due annually on the first day of January. Dues payments must be received no later than January 10 to avoid late fees and be granted full membership status.

On January 11, a late fee of $25 will be assessed to your dues billing. Unpaid invoices will be assessed an additional $25 on February 11 and again on March 11, for a total of $75. Membership will be suspended for non-payment of dues on March 31 to be reactivated when the invoice is paid in full.
