Wendy Gerber of In-House Escrow is both a cat person and a dog person, which likely means she can work with anyone. And as the Business Development Manager, she does work with a lot of people, especially explaining escrow and why it's important.
A little bit about Wendy
Why did you become an Affiliate with Seattle King County REALTORS®? I wanted to get to know more brokers in King County and become more involved in the community.
How do you work with REALTORS® generally? I provide customer service regarding our escrow services which include a free home warranty and free building permit history reports. I present our services to brokers and also teach Escrow 101 classes.
What do you enjoy about working in your field? I enjoy being able to provide "free tools" to brokers and having the confidence that our team will be there to answer any questions before, during, and after each transaction. It is fun getting to know each REALTOR® we work with and help be part of their success.
What was your very first job? Media buyer for an advertising agency.
What is your preferred vacation type? Cruise or other boating trip.
If you could work remotely from anywhere in the world, where would you go? Italy
