The highlight of the Seattle King County REALTORS®' Awards & Installation Gala is our prestigious awards ceremony, recognizing world-class REALTORS® whose dedication, leadership, and service have elevated our industry and our community. Recipients will receive their awards at the sold-out event on November 20, 2025.

REALTOR® of the Year
Garrett Nelson
Keller Wiliams Greater Seattle
Garrett Nelson has dedicated thousands ofvolunteer hours over the past 20 years across all levels of the association including local, state, and national. Early in his career, he was one of the founding leaders of YPN and has continued to make a lasting impact on both the member services and government affairs sides of the organization. Garrett has served on countless committees and PAGs, but most importantly, he always shows up whether he’s on stage or in the audience. Most recently, he was instrumental in welcoming the Kittitas REALTOR® family into the Seattle King County REALTOR® family. Garrett embodies a true servant’s heart, consistently placing the interests of the association above his own ambition, and we are lucky to have him.

As a former President of Seattle King County REALTORS®, Shane Davies has long exemplified what it means to lead with purpose and conviction. He has been a strong and steady advocate for Government Affairs, ensuring that REALTOR® voices are heard and respected at every level of government. For two decades, Shane has represented our members as a Washington REALTORS® Director and through years of service attending NAR Legislative Steering meetings in Washington, D.C. His consistent engagement in Olympia as a key contact and constituent has been invaluable, helping to shape thoughtful policy that protects private property rights and supports our industry’s vitality.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Shane leads with kindness and personal connection. His wisdom, humor, and perspective were invaluable in helping navigate a difficult time for our members and our industry, and his steady leadership continues to inspire those around him.

She is also a passionate advocate for RPAC, helping communicate its value and inspiring new contributors to get involved.

Joe Easterday was the Q3 Quarterly Good Neighbor who impressed the selection committee with his long-standing involvement with Seattle King County Coalition on Homelessness, and how, as the designated broker, he has gotten his whole office involved in the Coalition’s annual Project Cool for Back to School, assembling backpacks full of school supplies for children and teens experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
