For the last 3 years, Becky Norton of First Tech Federal Credit Union has been an active member of the Affiliate Council at SKCR, participating in programs like Meet the President and TREC. As an experienced mortgage loan officer, she works with REALTORS® to "provide education, personalized service, and creative solutions to help make their clients’ home ownership dreams come true."
A little bit about Becky
Why did you become an Affiliate with Seattle King County REALTORS®? I enjoy the community and partnership with other affiliates. Being an Affiliate also offers me the opportunity to give back to the community through volunteerism.
What do you enjoy about working in your field? I thrive on collaborating with individuals from a wide array of backgrounds and experiences. I am also a bit of a history and architecture nerd and love looking at all the house styles represented in the greater Seattle area.
What was your very first job? Cake decorator at Dairy Queen
What is your preferred vacation type? Museums and restaurants
If you could work remotely from anywhere in the world, where would you go? London
Are you a dog person or a car person? Cat
What is you favorite local/regional attraction/activity? Spending a weekend in Port Townsend or in the San Juan Islands
