Annual Golf Tournament Avoided Rain and Raised Money

On June 8, 144 golfers showed up for the Annual Golf Tournament at the Plateau Club in Sammamish for a fabulous day of networking and friendly competition. The rain held off until everyone was safely inside for the post-tournament dinner at the clubhouse, when raffle prizes were distributed and contest winners announced (see below).
A fun time was had by all—let's do it again next year!

A Win for the scholarship foundation
The Affiliate Council hosts this event each year to raise money for a local non-profit organization, chosen by the Golf Planning Committee. This year, the tournament raised nearly $5,000 for our very own Seattle King County First Citizen Scholarship Foundation!
The Scholarship Foundation is a separate 501(c)3 charitable organization that awards scholarships to REALTORS®, Affiliates, and their family members who demonstrate community leadership and service. Since 1999, the Foundation has awarded $772,500 in scholarships to 407 recipients.
